How do I use this extension?

The extension is not working

Try restarting your browser. Other Gmail or web mail extensions may conflict. Try disabling them temporarily and refresh your email page.

Where is the Email Tracker icon?

Check your extension bar or the puzzle icon menu. Ensure Email Tracker is enabled in your browser's extension management page.

Sent emails are not being tracked

Make sure you wait a couple of seconds after sending before closing the tab. Also, ensure HTML emails are enabled, as plain text emails cannot be tracked.

Sent emails are never marked as read

No tracker is 100% perfect. If the recipient blocks tracking pixels or images, we cannot detect the open. Images are often blocked in spam or suspicious emails.

Email Tracker loads forever

Refreshing the page usually solves this. If it persists, please contact our support team.

What email information do you store?

We NEVER store or transfer email contents. We only store a generated ID for tracking. This ensures your complete privacy.

Will Pro give me reports for existing emails?

Yes! Upgrading to Pro will unlock full read reports for all your existing tracked emails immediately.
